Zipporah’s Intervention

There is a curious account in the Book of Exodus, that its meaning may look obscure; but in truth, the meaning and understanding is crucial to our preparation for the return of Jesus Christ. In the said account, God confronted Moses and was set to kill him but for the intervention of Zipporah his wife: “On the trip at an overnight campsite, it happened that the Lord confronted him (Moses) and sought to put him to death. So Zipporah took a flint, cut off her son’s foreskin and threw it at Moses feet. Then she said, ‘You are a bridegroom of blood to me!’ So He let him alone” (Exodus 4:24-26). This account is curious because in the previous chapter, God was the One that sought out Moses, equipped him with instructions and power to go and confront Pharaoh of Egypt to let the children of Israel go. The foreskin that was cut off represents flesh or carnality that must be cut off from our lives if we desire to follow God and do His work appropriately and adequately. Carnality disrupts a...

Who Are You Serving?

As we await the return of the King of kings, Jesus Christ, a lot of teachings are being packaged by hell to draw the heart of God’s sons from the great Day. These teachings have lured so many to serve things and not the Almighty God. Principles are formulated with foundations that are not biblical but have a semblance of coming from God. The Bible clearly warns us to be on our guard in this times in order not to fall prey to the deceiving spirits that have been unleashed by hell: “Be careful that no one takes you captive through philosophy and empty deceit based on human tradition, based on the elemental forces of the world and not based on Christ” (Colossians 2:8). These teachings are cleverly packaged to entice the sensibilities and they carry a semblance of truth but are in reality far from the TRUTH! The enemy has finally unleashed his deadliest weapons to drive deeply into the hearts of men these terrible perversions through high sounding rhetoric; thus desensitizing them ag...

A Prophetic Word for Jezebel’s False Prophets – Jennifer LeClaire

Jesus warned that many false prophets would rise in the last days—and Christ's words never fall to the ground. Indeed, we're seeing false prophets rising left and right. But  Jezebel's puppets  are being exposed. As it turns out, some are toting credit card machines to the altar so they can swipe your card before they will prophesy over you. (Yes, really!). Others are literally standing on the backs of people apparently slain by some spirit, showboating with a microphone. Still others are divining for money over the Internet in the name of the Lord. Prophets are  not psychics, witches and shamans , and Jezebel killed one of the greatest revivals ever! Although this grieves me to no end, it does not surprise me. Jesus clearly warned us in Matthew 24:11 that many false prophets will rise and deceive many and again in Matthew 24:24 that false christs and false prophets will rise up and perform signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even God's chosen one...

The Trouble Doesn’t Have To Remain

‘I have been battling this problem for a long time,’ a lady remarked to me the other day. ‘I believe something is fundamentally wrong with me,’ she continued. ‘It is either my forbears had committed a grave and heinous sin or there is a terrible curse on me,’ she concluded. I asked her if she had sought the face of the Lord Jesus Christ concerning the issues and what was the Lord’s response. She replied she had prayed fasted, done vigils and done numerous deliverances; nothing seemed to work. As a result, she is increasingly getting disillusioned, depressed and walks under the cloud that God hates her. The Scripture that came to my spirit as we spoke was John 9:1-7. According to the account, there was a 40year old man that had been born blind. The disciples wanted to know if his blindness was as a result of sin in his life or in the life of his parents. Jesus replied neither of them had sinned, but: “This came about, so that God’s works might be...

Ego…A Banana Peel

If you observe carefully as a child of God, you will notice that the world’s principles on self worth, self actualization and self realization and the likes are principles designed to the detach our person from the Person of Christ. The world encourages us to pump up our egos (veiled or unveiled) so as to be who we are meant to be irrespective of the situation and circumstances we find ourselves. These principles have succeeded not in making the human better, but egocentric, unmindful of how their personal desires affect those around them. The amusing part is, many play along with this harmful foolery, offering support to the man or woman that is clearly drowning because of the choices he or she had made that has negated the very reason for their existence. Whilst this may be helpful for awhile, on the long run, it will prove the person to be empty, selfish and far from achieving the goal of knowing who he or she was created to be and achi...
